The rules below describe how we process personal data submitted through the contact form on this site.

We process the data you provide in the form: full name, email address, optionally company name, and the message content. Purpose: to respond to your inquiry and follow up on it.
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence, and where relevant taking steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).
Our website hosting provider and Telegram Messenger, through which the inquiry reaches our team. This means data may also be processed outside the European Economic Area, under the respective provider's terms.
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, then for 12 months or until consent is withdrawn.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (PUODO).
Providing the data is voluntary but necessary to handle an inquiry sent through the form.
